Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Plurivane Labs Ltd collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to describe what this site actually does — if anything here is unclear, ask us.
Who we are
Plurivane Labs Ltd is a software studio registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Office 10345, 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact us at support@plurivanelabs.com.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an estimate request we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, optionally your company name, the type of project, your indicative budget and timeline, and any brief you write. We also record which page the request came from and the IP address the request was made from, which we use to limit automated abuse of the form.
If you email or call us, we hold that correspondence so we can reply to it and keep a record of the conversation.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, special category data — health, biometric, political or similar — through this website.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use estimate requests and correspondence solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run that engagement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has approached us about our services — and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
We do not use your details for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list, send sequences, or sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no third-party analytics.
We use your browser's local storage for two strictly functional purposes: to remember that you have seen the cookie notice, and to keep a draft of a part-completed estimate request so an accidental refresh does not lose your typing. Both stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and the form draft is deleted as soon as the request is sent.
You can clear this at any time through your browser's site-data settings, with no loss of functionality.
Who else sees it
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, who process data on our behalf as our hosting provider. Estimate requests are delivered to our own mailbox and stored on our server.
We disclose personal data to no one else, except where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, so we have context if you come back to us, and then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period our legal, tax and accounting obligations require.
Where it is stored
Our hosting and email infrastructure is located in the United Kingdom. Your data therefore stays in the UK in normal operation, and no international transfer takes place.
Where a transfer outside the UK does become necessary, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law — an adequacy decision, or the International Data Transfer Agreement. The UK recognises the EEA as providing adequate protection.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time.
To exercise any of these, email support@plurivanelabs.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to estimate requests is restricted to the people at Plurivane Labs who need it in order to reply. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share anything commercially sensitive.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date shown above. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
Questions about your data?
A real person reads these. Write to us and we will answer properly.
